What is “fear of loss” and how is it used in MLM (Network Marketing)?
Fear of loss is a sales technique used to persuade a person into buying, promoting, using or joining a business.  What happens is a person will want time to consider (think over the business or purchase) the sale person will let them know that this deal will not always be there if they do not move on it right away.

In sales it is done in the same manner “let’s see the best price I can get this TV for you at.” Now if you make the purchase today I can save you this …. but that is only available if you get the TV today. Now you think this is a great deal and did not want to loss the deal so you bought it on the spot. T he next day you could have gotten the TV $50 cheaper at the same store on an in store special price.
